THE ORDINATION OF WOMEN

Many of us would like to believe women can become ordained as

ministers and pastors in the church. We know that women have proven

themselves as capable as men in business, government, politics,

academics, athletics, poetry, music etc., therefore why should they

not be ordained as ministers and pastors in the church? Some who

oppose the ordination of women say women are weaker than men both

physically and mentally therefore they should not be ordained as

ministers and pastors.

Bishop Irenaeus (A.D.130-202) had something to say about this,

he said: " Why also did it (the serpent), not prefer to make its

attack upon the man instead of the woman?

And if thou sayest that it attacked her as being the weaker of

the two, [I reply that], on the contrary, she was the stronger,

since she appears to have been the helper of the man in the

transgression of the commandment.

For she did by herself alone resist the serpent, and it was after

holding out for a while and making opposition that she ate of the

tree, being circumvented by craft; whereas Adam, making no fight

whatever nor refusal, partook of the fruit handed to him by the

woman, which is an indication of the utmost imbecility and

effeminacy of mind.

And the woman indeed, having been vanquished in the contest by a

demon, is deserving of pardon; but Adam shall deserve none, for he

was worsted by a woman, he who, in his own person, had received the

command from God.

But the woman, having heard of the command from Adam, treated it

with contempt, either because she deemed it unworthy of God to

speak by means of it, or because she had her doubts, perhaps even

held the opinion that the command was given to her by Adam of his

own accord...." [A.N.F. vol. 1, page 571]

As we can see Bishop Irenaeus has a good argument as to the man

Adam being the weaker of the two mentally, therefore the argument

of the woman being the mentally weaker sex is put to rest.

Then why should we not ordain women to the ministry? The

advocates of the ordination of women use 1 Corinthians 11:5 and

Galatians 3:28 to support the ordination of women. But are these

valid arguments to support the ordination of women?

No they are not valid arguments by any stretch of the

imagination! First of all any time you have an interpretation of

the Bible which conflicts with other parts of the Bible you have

the wrong interpretation. Look at 1 Corinthians 14:34, 1 Timothy

2:12 & 3:2, Titus 1:5-6 and 1 Peter 3:1 and you will see that the

advocates of the ordination of women run into some heavy

contradictions to their philosophy.

If we look at 1 Corinthians 11:5 it says: " But every woman that

prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her

head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven." The

advocates of the ordination of women point out that the Greek word

(Propheteuousa) translated prophesieth, could have correctly been

translated prophesieth, a foreteller of the future, or a divinely

gifted female teacher, of which they assert it should have been

translated preacher or teacher.

This is not a valid argument in proving women were allowed to

teach in the official church meetings, because 1 Corinthians 11:5

did not give any indication that female teachers were teaching in

official church meetings where both men and women were present. It

only indicated that women do pray and prophesy or teach. It did not

say women taught men nor did it say women taught in the church

meetings.

We believe therefore that prophesieth was the proper choice of

words in the translation. Those who advocate the ordination of

women as you will see are grasping for straws to try and prove

their point. They are trying to justify something which the

Apostles of the Lord and the early church strictly forbid.

Therefore whether or not this Greek word should have been

translated prophesying or teaching is irrelevant.

Apostle Paul expressly asserted: " Let the woman learn in silence

with subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor exercise

authority over man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed,

then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived

was in the transgression." [1 Tim. 2:12 EKJV]

Adam was also in transgression for following the lead of his

wife, because he knew God's direct command. He must have wanted the

wisdom to know good and evil, so he could keep up with his wife.

She had received the knowledge of man, knowing good and evil. He

must have felt like a helpless baby in comparison to her, therefore

he must have questioned God's command.

In any event this was the first example of woman teaching and

leading man. Her teaching and leading man was the downfall of man-

kind. God was justly appalled at woman leading man astray and the

punishment of women for this sin was: "I will greatly multiply thy

sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children;

and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."

[Gen. 3:16 KJV]

The man was not without punishment for it would have been unjust

for God to punish the woman for being deceived without also

punishing the man who sinned in direct opposition to God's command.

God said: " because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife,

and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou

shalt not eat of it:

cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it

all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring

forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the

sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the

ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto

dust shall thou return."

Mankind justly received a harsher punishment for the sin of Adam

rather than the sin of Eve. Because of Adams direct sin all of

mankind received the death penalty and were forced to hard labor

all the days of their lives. The punishment of mankind for Eve's

sin was not nearly so harsh for it did not seem to have a death

penalty attached.

Hence woman was given the privilege of bringing forth Christ

Jesus in birth. Because of His birth all mankind is given the

opportunity to reverse the death penalty brought on us by the sin

of the man Adam.

Blessed is Eve for she is the mother of all living. Through her

and the faithfulness of women, Christ was brought forth. As Paul

said: " Notwithstanding she shall be saved in Childbearing, if they

continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety." [1 Tim.

2:15]

Paul clearly points out here that women are not to teach or

exercise authority over a man. Paul does however tell the women to

teach the younger women. [1 Tim. 2:12, Titus 2:4] Paul points out

that the original sin in the garden of Eden was the reason why

women were not to teach or exercise authority over men.

It was not because men are smarter than women; it was because

of God's command concerning the punishment for the sins of both

Adam and Eve. God said: " I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and

thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy

desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee." [Gen.

3:16]

God could just as easily have said: thy desire shall be to thy

wife, and she shall rule over thee. But God had reasons for not

commanding it to be so. If He had commanded women to rule, men

would have been commanded to obey their wives and to keep silent in

the church meetings.

If He had said men are to abey women, the present apostasy would be

women with men trying to justify the ordination of men. In any event

whenever men or women try to circumvent God's commands it is sin.

If God had said women are to rule over men, it would be a sin for men

to circumvent God's command by being ordained as ministers and pastors

(who must teach both men and women.)

If men and women want to be saved they must obey the will of God

without question. Apostle Paul said: " Let your women keep silence

in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but

they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at

home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church." [1 Cor.

14:34 KJV]

Those who advocate the ordination of women say that Paul was a

male chauvinist and he had no authority to give such a command.

Others say this is symbolic with some esoteric interpretation and

should not be interpreted literally.

Many maintain that Paul was only commanding women to obey the

custom of his time, they say this command is not binding on modern

women because we presently have no such custom. They use Luke 2:36,

Acts 19:6, 21:9, Rom. 12:6, 16:1, 1 Cor. 12:10, 13:2-8, 14:6, 1

Thess. 5:20, 1 Tim. 3:11 to assert that women were allowed to teach

in the early church. But nowhere in the Bible nor in the writings

of the early church does it say women were allowed to speak in

church meetings.

The early church had something to say on this subject; The

Constitutions of The Holy Apostles (A.D.160) said: " We do not

permit our `women to teach in the Church,' but only to pray and

hear those that teach; for our Master and Lord, Jesus Himself, when

He sent us the twelve to make disciples of the people and of the

nations, did nowhere send out women to preach, although He did not

want such.

For there were with us the mother of our Lord and His sisters;

also Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Martha and

Mary the sisters of Lasarus; Salome, and certain others. For had it

been necessary for women to teach, He Himself had first commanded

these also to instruct the people with us. For `if the head of the

wife be a man,' it is not reasonable that the rest of the body

should govern the head."

The Constitutions of the Holy Apostles also said: " Now, as to

women's baptizing, we let you know that there is no small peril to

those that undertake it. Therefore we do not advise you to it; for

it is dangerous, or rather wicked and impious. For if the 'man be

the head of the woman` and he be originally ordained for the

priesthood, it is not just to abrogate the order of the creation,

and leave the principal to come to the extreme part of the body.

For the woman is the body of the man, taken from his side, and

subject to him, from whom she was separated for the procreation of

children. For says He, 'He shall rule over thee.` For the principal

part of the woman is the man, as being her head. But if in the

foregoing constitutions we have not permitted them to teach, how

will any one allow them, contrary to nature, to perform the office

of a priest?

For this is one of the ignorant practices of the Gentile atheism,

to ordain women priests to the female deities, not one of the

constitutions of Christ. For if baptism were to be administered by

women, certainly our Lord would have been baptized by His own

mother, and not by John; or when He sent us to baptize, He would

have sent along with us women also for this purpose.

But now He has nowhere, either by constitution or by writing,

delivered to us any such thing; as knowing the order of nature, and

the decency of the action; as being the Creator of nature, and the

Legislator of the constitutions." [A.N.F. vol. VII page 427 & 429]

They went on to say: " Ordain also a deaconess who is faithful

and holy, for the ministrations towards women. For sometimes he

cannot send a deacon, who is a man, to the women, on account of

unbelievers. Thou shalt therefore send a woman, a deaconess, on

account of the imaginations of the bad. For we stand in need of a

woman, a deaconess, for many necessities....".

From these writings and others we can see that the early church

ordained women to be deaconesses to women but nowhere is there any

reference advocating the ordination of women as ministers or

pastors.

Those who advocate the ordination of women use Galatians 3:28 to

justify women preachers. They maintain that through the Holy Spirit

there is neither male nor female, therefore it is permissible for

women to be ordained into the ministry. Many of those who are

Pentecostals claim their women have the anointing of the Holy

Spirit hence they have the authority to preach in the churches.

If receiving the Holy Spirit gives modern women the license to

preach why did the women in the early church not have the license

to preach? Could it be that modern women have some spirit which is

superior to the Holy Spirit in the women of the early church?

Modern women who want to teach men no doubt have a different

spirit, one which seeks power and preeminence, being willful

against the Spirit of God! But it is surely not superior to the

Holy Spirit in women of the early church!

Galatians 3:28 says : " There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is

neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are

all one in Christ Jesus." [KJV] This does not mean there is no

longer any distinction between male and female in the eyes of God.

He is talking about the soul; he is not talking about the body in

this scripture. It means God loves the female Christian just as much

as He does the male Christian.

If this were to infer there is no distinction between male or

female, Homosexuals could not be accused of living in sin. If there

is literally no male nor female then it would be all right for men

to marry men because God sees no difference in the sexes! (God

Forbid!) Do you see what kind of Pandoras box people open when they

try to justify what God has clearly condemned?

If there is no distinction in the roles of men and women why did

the apostles waste so much of their time teaching men and women how

to conduct themselves according to their roles as men, women,

husbands and wives?

If there is no Jew nor Greek, no slave nor free man in the eyes

of God, why did the apostles dedicate so much of their Epistles to

teaching Jews, Gentiles, Slaves and free men how to conduct them-

selves according to their roles in life?

We maintain that Apostle Paul was only saying God loves us all

because we are all the sons and daughters of God, we are all of one

Spirit and heirs according to the same promise.

In other passages Paul said: " Wives, submit yourselves unto your

own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the

wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church.... Husbands, love

your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church.....

Children obey your parents in the Lord.... Slaves, be obedient to

them that are your masters.... Knowing that whatsoever good any man

doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or

free. And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing

threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven." [Eph. 5 &

6 KJV, 1 peter 2:18, Colo. 3:18 & 22, 4:1, 1 Tim. 6:1, Titus 2:9,

1 Cor. 11:1-16 ect.]

All of these passages show that the apostles spent much of their

time teaching us how to conduct ourselves as men, women, slaves and

masters. Why did they spend so much time doing this if there is no

male or female, bond or free man?

The Apostles also spent much of their time showing us the

difference between Jews and Gentiles (Greeks are Gentiles), Apostle

Paul said: " What advantage then hath the Jew? Or what profit is

there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto

them were committed the oracles of God.... Blindness in part is

happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, there shall

come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness

from Jacob.... As concerning the gospel they are enemies for your

sake; but as touching the election; they are beloved for the

Fathers' sake." The following verses all show a difference between

Jews and Gentiles. [Acts 16:1-3, 21:17-26, Rom. 1:16, 2:9, 9:6,

9:27, Gal. 3:15-18, 5:3, 6:16]

If there is no male or female, no bond or free and no Jew or

Greek because we are all of the same Spirit, we still maintain our

individual identity and roles as men and women, Bond or free, Jew

or Greek. Hence those who use Galatians 3:28 to justify the

ordination of women are grasping for straws.

To use this passage to infer men or women need not retain their

roles as men and women according to the other commandments of the

Bible leads to many evils which we will point out.

Those who advocate the ordination of women point out Philippians

4:3 where women labored with Apostle Paul in the Gospel. It is

true, women did labor in the teaching of the Gospel; women were

sent into the community to teach other women.

In those days there were parts of the city where it was not

lawful for men to enter, hence it was necessary to ordain women

deaconesses to administer to women in areas where men dare not

travel.

As you can see Philippians 4:3 does not say it is permissible for

women to teach in church meetings nor does it say it is permissible

for women to teach men. We do not know how the apostles could have

made it any more clear than they did in 1 Timothy 2:12 and 1

Corinthians 14:34 when they said, women are not to speak in church

nor to teach men.

But as Apostle Peter said: " Paul, according to the wisdom given

him, wrote to you, as also in all his letters, speaking in them of

these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which

the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the

Scriptures, to their own destruction." [2 Peter 3:16 NASB]

Apostle Peter said: " Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to

your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may

without the word be won by the behavior of the wives; While they

behold your chaste behavior coupled with fear." [1 Peter 3:1 EKJV]

Notice that Peter did not tell the wives to preach to their

husbands; many Christian women have made the fatal mistake of

trying to preach to their unbelieving husbands thereby driving them

away by their disobedience.

God does not want wives preaching to their husbands or exercising

authority over them. Rather than teaching their husbands God wants

holy women to be submissive to their husbands as good Christian

wives living the faith and being an example to their husbands. The

husbands in return should respect the faith of their wives.

We might ask, how do you expect women to meet the qualifications

of pastor? [1 Timothy 3:2 and Titus 1:5-16] Pastors must be the

husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot

or unruly, " For an overseer must be blameless, as the stewards of

God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, not

pugnacious, not given to filthy lucre; But a lover of hospitality,

a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; Holding fast the

faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound

doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers". [EKJV]

How can a woman operate according to this command? First she is

not qualified to be an overseer because she cannot be the husband

of one wife. Secondly she is not above blame as a steward of God

because she is in open rebellion to God's Holy word by being an

overseer which the apostles of the Lord directly forbid. Thirdly

how can she teach others to obey the word of God, when she herself

is in violation to the word of God.

How can she tell a homosexual he is living in sin when she seems

to think the apostles were not inspired to write the word of God or

did not literally mean what they said? If the apostles were not

inspired to write the word of God or if they do not literally mean

what they said, then the Bible is only man's opinion that

homosexuals, fornicators and women pastors are in violation to

God's word.

The very fabric of Christianity hangs on the infallibility of the

Bible. If the apostles were male chauvinists, then they were not

inspired to write God's Holy Word. If they were not inspired to

write the Word of God, the Bible is just man's opinion. What makes

one man's opinion any better than another man's opinion?

Who is to say something is a sin if the Bible is not literally

the word of God? Those who justify women pastors say the women in

the early church were out of order, and that was the reason Apostle

Paul gave the command for women not to speak in church. If this

were true, why did Paul hang his argument on the Sin of Eve in the

garden of Eden?

We maintain that the Bible is the infallible Word of God! It says

just what it means and means literally what it says! If God had

wanted to ordain women preachers the Bible would clearly say so.

God would have ordained women apostles and sent women when he sent

out the seventy to preach the Gospel.

The Hebrews and the early church were plagued by women priests of

the pagan goddesses. The vast majority of the pagan gods were women

deities. When women priests were prevalent with women deities,

women dominated and ruled over men. If you trace the religions of

the pagans you will find all of the religions before Moses, except

for that of the Israelites, were female dominated societies with

women priests, women ruling over men and female serpent gods.

Women ruled over men and taught men to commit fornication with

them in all of these pagan societies before Moses. If you read

books like "The God of the Witches" and "When God Was A Woman" you

will find women ostracizing Moses, the Levites and Christians for

destroying the old ways. They say " Within the very structure of

the contemporary male religions are the laws and attitudes

originally designed to annihilate the female religions, female

sexual autonomy and matrilineal descent.

These are the precepts that many of our own grandparents and

parents accept as the sacred and divine word of God.... The

vindication of the rights of women was, in a sense, a vindication of

the woman Eve.... though the cry of irreligion, or even atheism, be

raised against me, I will simply declare, that were an angel from

heaven to tell me that Moses' beautiful, poetical cosmogony, and

the account of the fall of man, were literally true, I could not

believe my reason told me was derogatory to the character of the

Supreme Being...". ['When God was a Woman', page 228-229]

Such arrogance and more do these female priests of atheism

espouse as they distort and ostracize the word of God; taking it out

of context and teaching that sex and fornication were created by

God for the good and pleasure of mankind.

We are shocked that Christian women, because of the pressure of

women's liberation, (which is nothing more than witchcraft and female

paganism), would go against the teachings of the Bible which is in

strict opposition to women priests.

The Jewish Talmud said: " it would be better for the Holy

Scriptures to be burnt rather than to be read by a woman" This has

been the position of the rabbis for over four thousand years; yet

in the twentieth century, because of the pressure of women's

liberation, some of the more liberal Jews are ordaining women as

Rabbis.

In all of the history of the Christian Church until the twentieth

century women were forbidden to be ordained as ministers or pastors.

Yet because of the influence women's liberation has had on today's

Christians, modern day Christian women are being ordained into the

ministry.

As Isaiah said: " As for my people, children are their

oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead

thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths." [Isa.

3:12 KJV]

If you look at Deut.1:4, Josh. 9:10, 12:4, Judg. 2:13, 10:6, 1

Sam. 7:3, 12:10, 31:10, 1 Ki. 11:33, 1 Chr. 6:71 you will find the

children of Israel serving the female deity Ashtaroth and obeying

women priests. One of the main reasons God, Moses and the Apostles

do not favor women priests is because it is an image of the pagan

order of things. The pagans deliberately used the symbol of the

serpent, the Fig branch of the forbidden fruit tree and the woman

to provoke God.

Jezebel, the high priest of the female deity Asherah, killed the

prophets of God. Baal was the subservient male lover of Asherah.

Elijah destroyed 450 of the prophets of Baal at the brook Kishon.

[1 Ki. 18:40]

The wrath of God was so kindled against the female priests of the

female gods that Moses gave the command to smite the inhabitants of

the city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all

that is within, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.

[Deut. 13:15]

From the writings of the Jewish Talmud we find the Hebrew

religion so threatened by the surrounding female religions that the

rabbis had to take extreme actions. The temptation to imitate the

religious practices of the surrounding nations was great in times

of Jewish freedom.

But when the Jews were forced to assimilate into the pagan

communities where idol worship was the state religion, the rabbis

had a more serious problem trying to keep the people from the

worship of those female deities. The priests of the female deities

taught that it was the will of the gods to partake of fleshly

pleasures and this was appealing to the people.

Fundamentally the issue of women priests, or women in the ministry

is a conflict of ethical standards and antagonism between God's

system of theology and Satan's system of religion. One should not try

to change God's system of theology into religion. By ordaining women

into the Christian ministry we have unknowingly changed God's system of

theology into a religion compatible with Satan's other religions.

According to the long standing Christian and orthodox Jewish

theology, women have always been forbidden to speak in the church or

synagog or take the lead of the congregation. According to pagan

theology women should rule over men and men are forbidden to take

the lead of the congregation.

Heathen people always practice abominations which are contrary to

the Bible. We must decide which system we want to follow. It is

foolish to try mixing God's theology with Satan's religious systems.

If you mix pagan customs or laws with Christianity, the outcome is the

Nicolaitan or Babylonion church with women priests, which the Lord

hates. [Rev. 2:6, 17:5]

When Apostle Paul was in the city of Ephesus the people worshiped

the snake goddess Diana, of the Amazon Women society. Apostle Paul

spoke out greatly against the goddess Diana and her priests until

the city was in confusion. [Acts 19:27]

According to the writings of the early church the Nicolaitian

doctrine, which the Lord hates, (spoken of in Revelation 2:6-15),

was a doctrine in which paganism and Christianity were mixed.

The woman Jezebel was one of the priests of this Nicolaitian doc-

trine. The Nicolaitans were said to have used women ministers and

pastors to teach Christianity with a blend of the teachings of the

female priests of the goddess Diana.

According to the writings of the early church and early historians,

before the Greek and Roman conquests, (Amazon, female solders) sub-

jugated the men of Ephesus for many centuries under total subservient

subjection to women, woman priests and the female goddess Diana.

The Nicolation doctrine was a mix of the old religion of the Amazon

Diana and Christian doctrine which the Lord hates. [Rev. 2:15]

In spite of all that has been said, arrogant (Amazon like) women

will continue being ordained as ministers and pastors of the Gospel

because they do not fear God nor respect that which is holy. They

would rather believe what they want to believe rather than the Bible.

They do not fear the warning of Apostle John who said: " For I

testify unto every man that heareth the word of the prophecy of

this book, if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add

unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any

man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy,

God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of

the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.".

[Rev. 22:18 KJV]

They do not understand what Apostle Peter meant when he said: "

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scriptures is of any

private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by

the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by

the Holy Ghost." [2 Peter 1:20 KJV]

Nor do these arrogant people understand Apostle Paul when he

said: " All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is

profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for

instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect,

thoroughly furnished unto all good works." [2 Tim. 3:16 KJV]

Instead of using the scriptures for reproof and correction, men

distort the scriptures; justifying whatever they would prefer to

believe. They do not understand that what we have said is not our

interpretation of the Bible, but it is what the apostles taught and

what the church has believed and taught for almost two thousand

years. The church was against the ordination of women until those

false prophets of Jezebel, known today as women's liberators, began

to lead the women of God astray with their arrogance.

It seems right, to uninformed people, to ordain women into the

ministry. As the scripture says: " There is a way which seemeth

right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."

[Prov. 14:12 KJV]

Any time people start using the Bible to justify their arrogance

or sins, they will be able to find some scripture they can twist to

their own destruction. Satan is a master at twisting scripture and

he will give them all the help they need.

When people have the type of spirit which make them want to

justify rather than submit to the will of God, God will send them

strong delusions. As Paul said: " Because they receive not the

love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause

God shall send them strong delusions, that they should believe a

lie, That they might be damned who believe not the truth, but had

pleasure in unrighteousness." [2 Thess. 2:10 KJV]

Any person who truly believes in God will fear God and keep his

commandments. But those who look for loopholes in the scriptures to

justify their sin will always be able to find dozens of verses that

they can grasp like straws twisting them to their own destruction.

Any true man or woman of God would not dare do anything they are

not sure of, as to whether it is right or wrong. They know the Bible

says it is a sin to partake of what you doubt is right. As the

Bible says: " whatever is not of faith is sin." [Rom. 14:23] Many

women have done a great works in the Lord, but this does not justify

them being ordained as ministers and pastors in the church.

The National Organization of Women (NOW), has bumper stickers

saying " Trust in God, She'll Provide". They want to change the

Lord's Prayer to our Mother who art in Heaven. They are making a

Nonsexist Interpreted translation of the Bible; they demand that

homosexuals and lesbians be given equal rights to ordination in

order for churches to retain special tax advantages. They are

filing law suits demanding churches lose their tax-exempt status if

they refuse to ordain women.

Recently a man said: " We have a husband and wife team who are

both ministers at our church. She is a feminist and is always

promoting Women's Lib ideas from the pulpit." This trend is

increasing all over the country and the more churches ordain women

to the ministry, the worse it will get.

When women who do not believe in Women's Lib are ordained into

the ministry, it strengthens the (Amazon) Women's Lib movement.

The more normal it becomes for women to be in the ministry, the

more (Amazon) Women's Lib will be accepted by the world as the norm.

We do not understand how the churches can support the ordination

of women when the Bible strictly forbids it. If we do not take the

Bible literally on this issue we might just as well start using the

Bible to justify other sins spoken of in the Bible.

After all, if we are once saved always saved as some false

teachers affirm, why in heavens name should we not ordain

homosexuals, lesbians, adulators, fornicators or transvestites into

the ministry? God Forbid!

We are sure Satan will help sinners find many passages in the

Bible they can distort to support such an action. After all, if we

are going to grasp at straws to justify women ministers or women

pastors, why not grasp at straws to justify willful sinners into

the ministry.

We are sure that if we think about it long enough with that kind

of spirit, God will send us strong delusions. Then we can believe a

lie and feel quite good about having all those gross sinners in the

ministry teaching us, our friends and our children. [2 Thess. 2:11]

As Apostle Paul said: " Some indeed preach Christ even of envy

and strife; and some also of good will: The one preach Christ of

contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:

but the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the

Gospel.

What then? Notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in

truth, Christ is preached; and I therein rejoice, yes, and will

rejoice." [Phil. 1:15 KJV]

We are sure someone could fit this scripture into the framework

of justifying gross sinners into the ministry of our churches.

After all Paul rejoiced no matter who was preaching Christ, so why

not homosexuals? You see when there is a will to justify sin it is

easy to find scripture to distort!

If we are frankly honest with ourselves there are two passages in

the Bible which strictly forbid women pastors or women preaching in

the church meetings. [1 Cor. 14:34, 1 Tim. 2:11]

There are many gross sins which we all know are sins, which the

Bible does not speak much about, yet the Bible is very clear about

forbidding women speaking in the church or ruling over men.

If these two passages are not strong enough or clear enough for

us to draw the conclusion it is wrong for women to be pastors or

preachers speaking in our churches, we are blind and had better

pray for the Lord to save us from darkness, because Satan surely

has our minds captive at his will.

After reading these two passages we do not see how any person who

is honest can hold a straight face and at the same time try to use

other passages of the Bible to justify women pastors or women

preachers speaking in our church meetings!

It would be easier than justifying women preachers to use

passages of the Bible to justify homosexuality, transvestites,

incest, fornication, sex changes, adultery, nudity, cowardliness,

lying or many other things contrary to sound doctrine.

The Bible, in two places, flatly teaches it is wrong for women

to teach in the church meetings! The Bible is not nearly as clear

about many of the sins mentioned above as it is about forbidding

women teaching men or speaking in church!

If there is no male or female in Christ Jesus as women ministers

infer, why would it be wrong for men to get sex changes and become

women? If there is no male or female in Christ why would it be

wrong for men to dress like women or for men to marry men? If there

is truly no male or female in Christ Jesus, thereby allowing women

pastors, there can be no such thing as a homosexual! [Gal. 3:28]

We know of a preacher who was raping his daughter. He was

twisting 1 Cor. 7:36 in the King James Version. He used this

passage to justify his incest, he was teaching incest was

permitted according to the Bible. (God Forbid!). Any inter-

pretation is possible when men or women start twisting the

Bible to justify their evil ambitions or desires.

The qualifications for being pastor include being the husband

of one wife. Modern day Pentecostal ministers often take the

Bible literally enough to restrict men who are in their second

marriage from being pastors, yet they allow women to be pastors

in their churches. This seems to us paradoxical.

[1 Tim. 3:2, Titus 1:6]

From studying these passages it could be interpreted a man

cannot have more than one wife at a time and be the pastor.

Or it could mean a man in his second marriage could not be

qualified to be pastor.

We can understand people interpreting it either way. But how

does a woman become the husband of one wife, thereby qualifying

to be the pastor unless she is a Lesbian? (Heaven Forbid!).

[1 Tim. 3:2, Titus 1:6]

From the beginning of the Christian Church in A.D. 26 until

A.D. 1906 the entire Christian Church forbid woman pastors and

woman preachers because the Bible forbids it.

When the Pentecostals first began allowing women preachers In

A.D. 1906, the basis for justifying women preachers was based on

the excuse that their women have the Holy Spirit which gives

them special privileges.

We remind you that the prophesy of Joel 2:28, was fulfilled on

June 5th. A.D. 29, in Acts 2:16. Historic records show the women

of the early church also had the Holy Spirit and the gift of

prophesy, however they were not allowed to speak in church nor

to be pastors. The Holy Spirit never leads people to violate the

commandments of God. The Holy Spirit never teaches contrary to

the Bible and the Bible clearly forbids women teaching in church

meetings where men are present.

Judge for yourselves; would Apostle Paul teach in two places it

is wrong for women to teach in our church meetings and then say in

Christ Jesus there is no such thing as male or female, thus it is

permitted for women to teach in our churches?

Such a statement would be contradictory! Paul was only suggesting

that in Christ Jesus God loves the women just as much as He loves

the men!

To read more into this passage opens up a Pandora's Box full of

demons and false doctrines. As Webster's Dictionary says: "

Pandora, the first mortal woman, who in curiosity opened a box,

letting out all human ills into the world." As Isaiah said: " O my

people! Their oppressors are children, And women rule over them. O

My people! Those who guide you lead you astray, and confuse the

directions of your paths.". [Isa. 3:12 NASB]

Eve and Pandora must be different names for the same woman. As

God said to Eve: " thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall

rule over thee." [Gen. 3:16]

Since God commanded men to rule over women and commanded women to

be submissive to men, how can women who desire to be pastors lead

or rule over men in their congregations, including their husbands,

without violating the commandments of God? We maintain it is

impossible!

In such cases the neck is turning and leading the head! Adam was

cursed for obeying the voice of a woman and we men shall be cursed

for obeying the voice of women pastors. [Gen. 3:17]

Satan knew that God designed women to be the weaker vessel. [1

pet. 3:7] Women are not weaker than men mentally, but God designed

women to bear and rear children; thus God deliberately created

women to be more timid and emotional than men, making them more

suitable for the task of rearing children.

Who could hold a straight face and say that the general nature

of the average woman is not more emotional, feminine, loving,

yielding, docile, forgiving, gentle and timid than the general

nature of the average man?

God deliberately designed women to bear and take care of children

while their husbands are working in the fields or defending the

family. The nature of women is more suited to giving children the

tender loving care that only a woman can give. Men are of a more

rough nature, more able to do battle to defend the family or work

at hard labor.

Men are not designed to be as tender, docile, timid, loving or

forgiving as women. Hence men are not as well suited for taking

care of young children as women.

This is not an indictment against women, for the nature of women

is closer to that of the Holy Spirit than the nature of men. The

female has her special qualities and the male has his special

qualities. This makes women no better than men and it makes men no

better than women. The way God designed the female's nature, women

are better suited for some jobs than men. The way God designed the

male's nature, men are better suited for some jobs than women.

God designed man to be only half a man without a wife and He

designed woman to be only half a woman without a husband! This is

no mystery, God designed man " to leave his father and mother and

cleave to his wife and the two shall become one flesh." [Matt.

19:5 EKJV]

This means a man becomes a whole man when he becomes one flesh

with his wife! The Jewish Talmud teaches that a human male is only

a boy until he takes a wife, the wife thus changes him, making him

a whole man.

The two with their opposing natures become a balanced harmonic

force with God given qualities which cause them to balance each

other when they marry and let God have his way with them, thus

making two people one whole man.

The woman gives the marriage her tender, loving, gentle,

forgiving and timid qualities and the husband gives the marriage

the defence, strength and alertness to save the family from all

harm. Thus the man and woman influence each other making one well

balanced and harmonic whole man, which makes them a perfect team

fit for rearing children.

The male, by his God given nature (in general) is less emotional,

less curious, less timid, less docile, less gullible or less easily

tricked and more alert to danger than the female. Therefore he is

more qualified to lead than the female.

In times of war, (in general) women because of their timid nature,

being more docile and curious are at a much higher risk of being

killed in combat than men. It is not the nature of women to be as

alert as men against danger. Therefore any time men allow them-

selves to be led by women in times of danger they are at a higher

risk of being destroyed.

This is not to say that women highly trained at combat could

not beat the pants off some less well trained men! No, (the Amazon

women taught us men that lesson) on the contrary, the trained woman

would kill the less well trained man. But when you put men and women

on an equal footing, generally the men will outmaneuver and overpower

the women in combat. (The Greeks and Romans taught the Amazon woman

that lesson.) Why are we speaking of war since this is a Christian

Book?

We are speaking of war because we are at war with Satan and his

host. There is an unseen war going on in the spiritual world. Satan

and his demons are attacking us, trying to destroy us! Satan knows

just as he did in the Garden of Eden that women are spiritually the

weaker vessel, they are generally more easily tricked, more docile,

gullible, timid, passive and generally less alert or less

perceptive against spiritual dangers than men.

When men are spiritually on an equal footing with women, the men

are generally less emotional, less docile, less gullible, less

timid, less easily tricked, less feminine and less vulnerable to

Satanic attack than women.

This is why Satan chose to attack the woman in the Garden of Eden

rather than the man. This is one of the reasons why God chose men

to be the head of the house.

Before the women get out the tar and feathers, let us point out a

major weakness of men so we can better understand why God chose men

to lead women and does not want women leading men.

Men are less vulnerable to being tricked or deceived by Satan

than women. Men are not generally as docile, gullible or emotional

as women. Men are generally more vulnerable to the suggestions or

influence of women than they are to the suggestions or influence of

Satan and his demons. Pretty women look like angels and men tend to

want to believe women.

Many men have been unjustly sent to jail on the testimony of a

pretty, innocent looking young woman, because the male judge and

male jury wanted to believe the testimony of the pretty innocent

looking little angel! All men find themselves wanting to believe

pretty women! Women are not as easily tricked by a pretty woman

as men are!

This author catches himself wanting to believe a pretty woman

when he would not believe a demon or a man if he told the same

story! All men including myself are more vulnerable to the

advances, suggestions and influence of women than we are to the

suggestions or influence of Satan and his demons.

When women are debating with me on this issue, I find myself

wanting to believe it is permissible for women to be ordained into

the ministry! However I find myself very resistant to satanic

suggestions or the suggestions of other men.

It takes Satan much longer than it does a woman to bend a strong

willed spiritual man. Satan could work for 30 years and have no

success bending a good man, but with the help of a woman, they

together can bend or humble the same man in five minutes! Adam and

Sampson are prime examples of this fact!

As the Bible says: " For by the means of a whorish woman a man is

brought to a piece of bread:". [Prov. 6:26]

Men tend to want to believe beautiful women. Everyone has seen

men fall all over themselves and act dumb when pretty women are

around, they completely change personalities! Men are easily made

into fools by crafty women unless they have a wife around to

protect them.

A woman can turn a man's mind around much easier than demons or

other men. God deliberately created men to be more pliable,

gullible, gentle, and docile towards women than they are with men

or demons. It was necessary to make men this way or their rough

nature would be so hostile to women that men and women would not

get along long enough to be of any value to each other.

God designed a woman to be a help mate, not a natural enemy to

man! If men were not designed to be more pliable, gentle, docile

and gullible toward women than they are towards other men or

demons, men and women would be natural enemies because their two

natures would collide.

Even as it is, women are constantly trying to feminize men,

trying to get them to act more like women! Women don't like the

rough nature of men and if men were as rough and resistant towards

women as they are towards other men and demons, men and women,

because of their different natures, would be totally hostile toward

each other.

God and Satan are both very aware of this weakness in men towards

women! Satan takes prime advantage of this weakness. He knows he

can control and trick women easier than men and this is why Satan

wants women to rule over men and become women priests.

This is why most of the Satanic cults and all the religions

before Moses, except for that of the children of Israel, always had

women high priests and a female dominated society. When women are

leading men, men become spiritually weaker than women and Satan has

them right where he wants them, following the women like docile

puppies.

God knows of the weakness of men towards women and He knows women

are more vulnerable to Satanic suggestions than men and this is why

God does not want women leading men, speaking in church or becoming

priests or pastors.

God knows that women are Satan's most powerful tool to use

against men. This is why the Bible says the pastor or overseer of

the church must be the husband of one wife. The good wife protects

the husband from the influence and suggestions of other women.

According to the qualifications of an overseer or pastor, as given

in the books of Timothy and Titus, a man is not qualified to be a

pastor unless he has his wife under control. He can't qualify as a

pastor unless he has a temperate, faithful, and good Christian

woman for a wife. Having a good Christian wife is the most

important qualification for the office of pastor, because as we

stated a man is not a whole spiritual man without a spiritual wife.

As the Bible says: " For if a man know not how to rule his own

house, how shall he take care of the church of God?" [1 Tim. 3:5]

The Greek word (Gunaikos) can be translated woman or wife and can

be translated at the whim of the translator either way. First

Timothy 3:11, should have been translated: " The (pastor or

deacon's), wife similarly must be grave, not slanderous, sober,

faithful in all things.". [Translated from Greek New Testament]

God knows that a man without a good wife is missing the qualities

a good woman gives a man, for only a wife can lend the tender,

gentle, loving qualities to the marriage making the man a whole

man. It is difficult, if not impossible, for a man to acquire the

necessary qualities to become a good pastor without a good wife and

some children.

A man without a good wife is more easily swayed by the advances

and suggestions of women, thus making them more vulnerable to being

controlled by women. The good wife checks this threat and brings

more stability to the husband making him more qualified to be

pastor.

God has much wisdom and these are some of the reasons God does

not want women leading men, teaching men or being pastors in the

church! There is much wisdom, and very good reasons for every

passage in the Bible.

From cover to cover the Bible teaches that when men allow women

to lead them or rule over them they fall into error. Adam, Sampson,

Solomon, and many men of Israel found this out the hard way! [Gen.

3:12, 6:2, Judg. 3:6, 16:17, 1 Ki. 11:4, Ezra 10:2, Isa. 3;12, Jer.

44:9, Ezek. 23:44]

Women, by their nature, are generally more emotional than men and

this makes them spiritually more unstable because those who are

emotional are more prone to make mistakes. You can read more about

the spiritual dangers of being emotional in the chapter we have

named " Serving The Lord" where we deal with the subject of

emotions being a danger to our spiritual health.

We do not want people to misunderstand us; we are not against

women nor are we trying to compare women pastors with homosexuals!

We acknowledge there are many women pastors who are good Christian

women and have done great works for the Lord! However this does not

justify women being pastors, nor their ignorance on this subject!.

This authors mother agrees with what we are saying about women

and she certainly is not down on women and neither are we. This

authors personal opinion of women is that women are generally

mentally smarter than men and there are more women who are faithful

to the Lord than men. This author fully admits that he has met

dozens of women who are superior to himself in intelligence and

wisdom.

Women were created by God to be of a nature which is more like

the nature of the Holy Spirit than are men! Women seem to be

smarter about spiritual things at a younger age and generally come

to the Lord at a younger age than most men.

More women than men become Christians, because the macho

attitude of men and their rough nature makes them more resistant

to the influence of the Holy Spirit.

Most men think being a Christian is being a sissy or is feminine.

After a man's logic, and according to the ways of the world, being

a Christian is rather feminine! In fact the word 'Spirit of God' in

the Hebrew Old Testament is often used in the feminine accent. Thus

many theologians concur that the Holy Spirit is the feminine part of

the trinity, with God the father the masculine part of the trinity.

Satan would love for us to agree with those theologians about the

Holy Stirit being the feminine part of the trinity. However, the

apostles or writers of the Greek New Testament were very careful

about always speaking of the Holy Stirit as either neuter or

masculine. The word used in the New Testament for Holy (Spirit)

was almost always the Greek word (Pneuma) which has a neuter accent.

Notice that Apostle John when reciting Jesus, speaking of the Holy

Stirit, calls the Holy Spirit He or Him. "He will teach you all

things," [John 14:26] "He will bear witness of me," [John 15:26]

"I will send Him to you. And He, when He comes, will convict the

world concerning sin, and of righteousness, and judgment; ... But

when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the

truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He

hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

He shall glorify Me; for He shall take of Mine, and shall disclose

it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I

said, that He takes of Mine, and will disclose it to you."

[John 16:7-15 NASB]

This leads us to the conclusion that the Holy Spirit is not feminine

nor is Jesus subservient to the Holy Spirit. Rather it shows the Holy

Spirit subservient to Christ Jesus.

This is very important to Christian theology, because if the Holy

Spirit were the feminine part of the trinity with Jesus subservient

to the Holy Spirit; it would be logical to deduce that Christianity

is nothing but another religion leading to the same God or Gods of

all the other religious systems.

The next step in the evolution of such a doctrine would be that God

the Father is in reality the husband of the Goddess Diana (Artemis),

and Jesus is their offspring and subservient to the Goddess Diana.

That is what the witches and warlocks would like us to believe.

It is the doctrine of the Babylonian church and also the Nicolaitan

Doctrine which the Lord hates. We must remember that the head of most

of Satan's religions is the Goddess, with a subservient husband and

a subservient offspring.

One must come to one of the following conclusions. Either the

Apostles and writers of the New Testament were inspired by God to

write the books of the New Testament and God directed them to refer

to the Holy Spirit as neuter and masculine. Or the writers of the

New Testament were influenced by the male chauvinism of their time.

If the Apostles were male chauvinists as the Women's Liberation

movement affirm, then they could not have been inspired by God and

they must be false teachers. If these (Amozon) women are correct in

their assertion that the Apostles were male chauvinists, then the

Bible is a false book written by false teachers and we should be

worshiping the Goddess Diana and men should be in total subjection

to women, women pastors and the Goddess Diana.

On the other hand if the Apostles were inspired by God to write

the New Testament, then women should be in subjection to their

husbands, male pastors and Christ Jesus. It is up to you to choose

which system you want to follow, but don't try to mix the two systems

thus changing the Church of God into the Nicolaitan Church.

We believe that the theology system of Christ Jesus and His Holy

Apostles as written in the New Testament is the only choice that

will lead to eternal life.

If men and women do not receive the Holy Spirit they will die and

go to hell. But when a man receives the Holy Spirit and allows the

Holy Spirit to do its' redeeming work it makes him more gentle, loving,

kind, meek, forgiving and humble; which are rather feminine traits

compared to a man's rough, macho worldly nature. Before a man can

become a spiritual man, he must overcome his macho, peacock, proud

attitude and hang it on the cross.

Women are not as prone to having a peacock kind of attitude, hence

it is easier for most women to become spiritual women than it is

for most men to become spiritual men.

However, when a man does become a spiritual man he becomes godlike

with a manly nature which is not macho nor feminine, docile,

gullible, timid nor passive. He becomes noble, gentle, kind,

forgiving, bold and uncowardly. He becomes as bold as a lion and

as harmless as a dove.

Yet he retains the God given nature of being on guard; alert to

dangers both physical and spiritual, making the spiritual man a

better choice than the spiritual woman to lead the church or the

family and defend them from both Spiritual and physical attacks.

We know many women who agree with us on these points; it does

women no good to be proud and lie against the truth or deny the

truth of these statements, because all honest women and spiritual

women agree with us on these points.

Satan takes prime advantage of the docile and emotional

weaknesses of women; hence it is not fitting for women to rule over

men. Satan also takes prime advantage of the weaknesses of men. Men

have the weakness of being easily influenced by women, therefore

when women are in authority in our churches the men become

spiritually weaker than the women and Satan has us right where he

wants us.

God designed women for an entirely different function than men.

This, however, does not make men superior to women. On the contrary

in many ways women are superior to men. A human male is not even a

full or whole man without a woman as his wife! So how can a man be

superior to a woman? A human female is not a whole woman without a

man as her husband!

So how can a woman be superior to a man? The superior man is a

man married to a superior woman! Behind every good man is a good

woman!

SUMMARY

When men allow themselves to be spiritually led by women, their

God given manly superior resistance to being tricked by Satan is

vanquished. Though men are no smarter than women, women are more

easily tricked or deceived by Satan than men. When men allow women

to lead them, just as in the Garden of Eden, the women pass on

Satan's deception to the men.

Men have less resistance to the suggestions or influence of women

than they have against the suggestions or influence of Satan or

other men. We can't say men are smarter than women, because women

are not as easily tricked by women as men.

Spiritual men are strong and resistant against the suggestions of

other men or Satan, but they are weak against the influence of

women! Men led by women are spiritually weaker than women. Since

these weak men are following women who are more easily tricked or

deceived by Satan than themselves, they ignorantly follow these

women to the slaughter like docile little lambs.

Since single men are more easily influenced by women than married

men, according to the Bible no congregation should be led by single

men or men without good wives. Since women are more easily tricked

or deceived than men, according to the Bible no congregation should

be led by women. [1 Tim. 3:2, Titus 1:6]

The congregation led by the spiritual man, with a good wife, has

less chance of being deceived or destroyed than the congregation

led by the spiritual woman with a good husband.

We hope you are starting to see that God has some good reasons

for forbidding women to teach in church or lead our congregations.

God also has some good reasons for forbidding single men or men

without good wives from leading the congregation. According to the

Bible, single men, novices or men without good wives are no more

qualified than women to be pastors. However single men are allowed

to preach or teach in our churches and all women are forbidden to

preach or teach in our church meetings.

Men can't be qualified to be pastors without good wives to lend

them the qualities they must have to become whole men. Men must

have the experience of rearing children to be qualified to be

pastors. Men must prove they have their wives and family under

control before they qualify to be pastors. Hence the woman's place

in the church is just as important as the man's place in the

church!

As the Bible says: " God set the members every one of them in the

body, as it hath pleased him.... the eye cannot say unto the hand,

I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no

need of thee. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem

to be more feeble, are necessary:". [1 Cor. 12:18]

Women are more emotional than men, hence they are more prone to

make mistakes. When people are in an emotional state they are

temporarily disconnected from the Spirit of God, enabling Satan to

use them. Women being more emotional than men is one reason why

women are not to preach or teach in church meetings nor lead the

congregation.

We hope you are starting to understand that God is a God of order

and design. In God's chain of command, God is the head of man, man

is the head of woman, woman is the head of the children. Every time

mankind tries to circumvent God's order of things he brings

destruction to himself and to his children! [Eph. 5:23, 1 Tim.

2:12]

This chapter has given most of the reasons why the Bible forbids

women teaching men or becoming pastors. How can a married woman be

the pastor of a church without leading her husband and the men of

the congregation, which according to all the commandments of God is

both wrong and contrary to nature?

In light of what has been said, how can women or men continue to

justify women teaching men or becoming pastors? As the Bible says:

" But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a

man!". [1 Tim. 2:12] If we want to gain eternal life, we must obey

the commandments as recorded in the Bible! According to the Bible

women are not to speak in church! [1 Cor. 14:34]
